We are currently in the process of applying for the required licence from the relevant regulatory authority. Until such time as the licence is granted, ExaktPay will not offer any lending, credit, or financial services to the public. ExaktPay is committed to full compliance with Zambia's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing legislation. When we launch, all customers will be subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, and we will maintain robust transaction monitoring and reporting systems in line with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act and related regulations.
